ASSEMBLERS
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years experienced in electrical mechanical assembly preferable in the Medical Device Manufacturing industry. Perform routine assembly, inspection, testing. IPC-A610 soldering certification/experience required. Must have worked in ISO certified facilities. Ability to communicate (read, write and comprehend) English. High School education or equivalent required. REPAIR TECHNICIAN
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years as repair technician, preferably in a Medical Device Manufacturing environment. Perform routine assembly inspection, testing and repair of instrumentation and subassemblies, and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting. IPC-A610 soldering certified. Responsible for diagnosing repair assembly errors in order to improve the production processes. Ability to communicate (read, write and comprehend) English. High School education or equivalent required plus trade school. MATERIAL HANDLERS - Shipping and Receiving
Qualified candidates must have 2-3 yrs experienced in Medical Device Manufacturing environment. A working knowledge of KanBan and Lean Manufacturing concepts required. Must have experience with MRP/ERP systems, preferably QAD as well as experience in working in an ISO certified facility. Ability to communicate (read, write and comprehend) English. Good math skills required. Problem solving skills a plus. High School education or equivalent required. QUALITY INSPECTOR
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 yrs experiences working in a Medical Device Manufacturing environment. Must have working knowledge of IPC-A610 soldering standards; experienced in electrical mechanical assembly; receiving inspection and plastics/molding experience a plus. Working knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 13485 and GMP. Must have experience with MS Office programs, good math skills and lean manufacturing concepts (including KanBan). Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing required. High School education or equivalent required.
