Management Team

Roger Richardson – President Instromedix, COO LifeWatch
Roger Richardson joined LifeWatch in January 2006. Prior to LifeWatch, Roger was employed as Vice President of health care operations for AGA Linde Healthcare Puerto Rico, Global Director of Operations AGA Linde Healthcare, VP/COO Housecall Medical Resources and VP Clinical Services Messick Home Care-Pharmacy and Director of Cardiopulmonary Services HCA Hospital in Nashville, TN. Roger holds degrees in business management, respiratory care and allied health business. He has served on the Board for the Tennessee Association of Respiratory Care, National Health Occupation Students of America and is a Post Secondary Advisor for the Tennessee Dept. of Health Occupations. Roger has received many awards, including HCA's National Dr. Frist Humanitarian Award, CEO's Top Executive Achievement Award from Housecall, and National Distinguished Service Awards from both the AM Association of Respiratory Care and the Health Occupations Students of America group.

Allison Stein – Vice President - Human Resources and Corporate Counsel
Allison Stein joined LifeWatch in October 2006. Allison brings 12 years of experience as an employment lawyer to LifeWatch. Prior to joining LifeWatch, Allison served as a partner in the firm of Connelly Sheehan Harris, where she was outside counsel to LifeWatch. Allison was previously an associate with the law firm of Jones Day and was a law clerk to the Hon. James L. Ryan of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Allison received her bachelors degree and law degree from the University of Michigan.
